The company was established on October 27, 2005, as Leader Law Office Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of THB 1 million, providing debt collection and recovery services, along with comprehensive legal services, through a dedicated team of 20 employees.

Business Expansion

The company expanded operations from debt collection and recovery services into the management of non-performing assets acquired through auctions from financial institutions.

Company Name Change

The company changed its name from Leader Law Office Co., Ltd. to Leader Group Co., Ltd. to comply with the Debt Collection Act B.E. 2558 (2015) on August 26, 2015.

Expansion of Regional Operations

Leader Group has developed service channels covering all regions nationwide through the head office in Bangkok and 5 regional branches located in Chonburi, Nakhon Ratchasima, Chiang Mai, Surat Thani, and Songkhla.

Merger into Leader Group Company Limited

Leader Group merged 3 companies, namely:

  1. Leader Group Company Limited,
  2. Leader Service Company Limited, and
  3. Leader Service 2008 Company Limited.

All were consolidated into a single entity under the name Leader Group Company Limited. The registered capital was increased from THB 1 million to THB 91 million.

Establishment of a Subsidiary

Leader Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“L-AMC” or the “Subsidiary”) was registered on June 1, 2022 with a registered capital of THB 25 million to manage assets acquired or transferred from financial institutions, including related collateral. However, L-AMC has yet to commence operations.

Conversion to a Public Company Limited

Leader Group Company Limited converted to a public company limited and changed its name to Leader Group Public Company Limited. This conversion was registered to prepare for listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
